Wish It was the easy, To just step Over Childhood Trauma of Abuse PTS and get over it and get on with my life and be the real person I was meant to be. But it will never happen. You don't get over it ..But learn to live with it... Does Senator Murray Sinclair ..Think, We choose to Carry That Heavy Burden, of PST and The Guilt, we were made to feel, For just for being Born. Evidently, Like so many of the politicians and So called, elected officials Like Murray Sinclair, Does not have the Ability for understanding , Lacks, compassion, Has a Over paying Job and has never seen a bad or hungry day in his life, At our expense, Well good for him.
Here is what my family learned from the boarding school experience in the United States. It has been passed down now from my Grandfather to his children to their children and to their children. 1) Do not trust anyone. People will turn on you if it benefits them. 2) Don't show emotion. People will take advantage of you in weak moments. 3) Don't fight back, you can't win and you can't change anything. 4) Never let anyone know who you are as a person. People will exploit your flaws and turn them against you. 5) Don't ask for help from anyone. The price is not worth getting what you need or want. Some us have spent our lives succumbing to these "lessons" and some have actually overcome a few of them. They remain, however, a dark cloud, that rains in torrents at times and floods our lives. We all learned to swim early on.
What they suffered had an influence on how they raised their children.Having been taught to be ashamed of who you are must make it difficult to give your children pride in their wonderfulheritage
Not that easy as think

Pope Declines To Apologize For Church's Role In Residential Schools
"After carefully considering the request ... he felt that he could not personally respond."Don't expect him to, because the Catholic Church is the Beast Church of Revelation 13 and the dragon (Satan) is the power behind the Church and the Pope. The Papacy the office of the Pope is the ANTICHRIST and the Crown the Pope wears has an inscription on it that says VICARIOUS FILII DEI Which means in the place of GOD and when you count the title up in Roman numbers it equals 666 the MARK OF THE BEAST

New kindergarten School in Fort William First Nation ... See MoreSee Less
...here's a question: when a colonial institution sets up shop on a First Nation reserve is this reconciliation or just more colonialism? ...what were residential schools, but colonial-run, religious educational institutions educating Indigenous kids! ...is anyone going to put a few tough questions to these folks? ...clearly the two colonials in this video are giddy with excitement : |
Why is this not a model of a completely First Nations run school? The principle symptom of colonialism is that the colonizer always claims the final word, the final decision, and especially, final control of the colonial cash. De-colonization means, to my mind, respecting Indigenous autonomy and independence based upon the founding constitutional principle of the Two Row Wampum. This does not appear to be a Two Row Wampum educational institution. Does Fort William First Nation run this school from top to bottom based upon independent Indigenous tax dollars collected from their traditional territories?
